What exactly is a checkpoint?
When you record a scenario, you decide which specific pages Delta-QA should compare between the previous and the current version. Each of those pages is a checkpoint. A checkpoint uses computing resources, so it’s the one metric your plan is measured on. Everything else, from recording scenarios to replaying them across browsers, stays unlimited.
Are scenarios limited?
No. You can record and run as many scenarios as you want on every plan. Only the number of checkpoints per month changes.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, anytime, from the Organisation tab in the app. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next cycle. No call, no email to send.
How do payment and cancellation work?
Everything runs from the Organisation tab: card payment, invoices and quotes included. No credit card is required for the free plan, and you can cancel anytime in one click. For larger organisations, the whole purchasing process is automated too: issue a purchase order, and during the processing time (often 30 to 45 days) you can already use the app. Same logic for On-Premise: as soon as we receive the signed quote or the purchase order, you get the keys to install the software and can contact us to carry out the installation.
