Delta-QA Desktop Application

Delta-QA Desktop operates primarily on your local machine. All configurations, baselines, and test results are stored locally on your device. For product improvement purposes, we collect anonymized usage data (features used, usage frequency, performance metrics). Additionally, when a client reports a bug, application logs may be transmitted to our technical team for analysis and resolution. No screenshots or test results are transmitted without your consent.

Contact Form

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is transmitted via GitLab and used solely to respond to your request. It is retained for as long as necessary to process your request.

Audience Measurement

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to analyze website traffic and improve our services. These tools may collect data such as your IP address (anonymized), browser type, pages viewed, and visit duration. This data is processed in aggregate form and does not allow us to personally identify you.

Contact form data is retained for 12 months after your request has been processed. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in accordance with the default Google Analytics configuration. Cookies expire according to their category: necessary cookies (12 months), analytics cookies (13 months), marketing cookies (6 months).
